All orders received by 2:00 PM central time will be processed the same business day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders received after the deadline on Friday on through Sunday inclusive will be submitted early Monday morning.
Most North American orders will be received within 3-10 business days from the day the order is submitted. However, we advise that you allow us additional lead time on orders placed during the high season (March-July), or on orders of $500 or more.
Delivery time for International orders may vary anywhere from 7 – 20 business days due to customs requirements that we may not be able to control. Most International orders will be shipped USPS Priority International service.
Please be aware that additional fees may be required to cover taxes and/or import fees imposed by your country or state. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all additional charges that may apply. Bikini-Hotline ships all products "Duties and Taxes Unpaid" and therefore, you may have to resolve these fees before your shipment clears customs.

State tax regulations may require a sales tax be imposed on shipping and handling. These taxes may arise at the time of delivery and can vary according to the location the product is being shipped.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and/or Harmony Sales Tax (HST). All taxes are calculated on a percentage of the value of the products purchased and may be requested before clearing customs or upon delivery. These monies are then forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities as this is defined by their laws.

Orders shipped outside the US or Canada may be subject to a Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties and taxes which may be imposed upon prior to clearing customs.
Your item(s) will be shipped in a poly bag with our name and address on the label.
Terms
Any product(s) received incorrectly and/or having a manufacturing defect can be EXCHANGED. No credits or refunds will be issued. If an exact replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted.
Exchange Instructions
In the event that an exchange is required, an email including your name and order number must be sent prior to sending the item(s) within 15 days from the date we shipped your item(s). International orders will be given up to 25 days. All products must be in its original condition with all the tags attached. There will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. A customer will not be granted an exchange if the product shows signs that it has been worn, washed or tampered with in any regard. The item(s) must also be returned in its original packaging. Once your item(s) have been received, only then will your exchange be sent. Please include the item number, color and size for the exchange along with the original order receipt. Keep a photocopy of the receipt for your records. Also submit a brief explanation for the exchange.
Please inspect the content of your package prior to trying it on especially if you have ordered a g string, thong or tonga bikini. We follow strict health regulations to ensure your safety with our products.
We have taken the time to provide you with adequate product information, sizing and much more. By taking advantage of the information given, we are positive that you will be satisfied with your purchase(s). In the unlikely event that an exchange is required due to defect or incorrect product, we will absorb the shipping costs. Exchanges will not be granted for any other reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.
