Product Delivery

1. All our products are shipped using USPS. However, you may choose from standard or priority shipping methods. North American standard USA rates  are $12.00 and $23.00 for USA priority. International rates, including Canada, are $20.00 and $39.00 respectively.  Priority shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) or Fleet Post Offices (FPO) and therefore, will have to use standard shipping methods.  Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. 
2. Delivery times are listed as follows: North American customers can expect to receive their merchandise anywhere from 3 to 10 business days whereas International deliveries may vary from 7 to 20 business days.  A day is defined as Monday through Friday and therefore, Saturday and Sunday are excluded.  The times listed may change if you place orders during the busy season (March to July) or if your orders equate to $500.00 or more.  Hand made items may also take longer to deliver  as they require precise individual attention.  Note:  All products will be delivered in poly bags with our Bikini-Hotline address on the label.
3. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. central time will be processed the same day Monday to Friday.

Duty and Taxes:  Please be aware that additional fees may be required to cover taxes and/or import fees imposed by your country, state or province. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all additional charges that may apply.  Bikini-Hotline ships all products "Duties and Taxes Unpaid" and therefore, you may have to resolve these fees before your shipment clears customs.  

1. State tax regulations may require that a sales tax be imposed on the shipping and handling of your purchased product.  These taxes may arise at time of delivery and can vary according to the location the product is being shipped. 
2. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and/or Harmony Sales Tax (HST).  All taxes are calculated on a percentage of the value of the products purchased and may be requested before clearing customs or upon delivery.  These monies are then forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities as this is defined by their laws.
3. Orders shipped outside the US or Canada may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties and taxes which may be imposed upon prior to clearing customs.

Order Status:  At the bottom of each page we have enclosed an order tracking link so that you can remain current with its status.  This tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours.  If you are unable to track your order after this time frame, please feel free to email us at bikini.hotline@yahoo.com or call us at 1-204-451-2266 so that we can assist you with this matter.

Exchange: Conditions and Proceedures

1. Exchanges will be granted only if the product has been received incorrectly or has a manufacturers defect under the following conditions:
   • The product is in its original package and in its delivered condition
   • The tags remain intact with the item
   • The product has not been worn, washed or tampered with in any way. 
   • An email has been sent to us prior to your sending the item back and is done so within 15 days (North American) or 25 days (International) from the date it was shipped. 
   • The original receipt is sent back along with the item.  Make sure to keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records.
   • Submit an explaination for the exchange as well as the size, color and item number of the replacement.
2. There are no refunds or credits.  If an exact replacement is not available, one of equal value will be substituted.
   ♦It is vital that you measure your body appropriately to ensure you receive a proper fit.  Placing an order where you later discover is not the right size is not grounds for receiving an exchange.  So please use the sizing charts when placing your order.♦
