1.  How to Read the Cart 

To simplify things, we have added this page in hopes that it will give you an understanding of how to read the Cart and the final process of your order. 

The following is an example of an order.  Under the Name you will find the product in which you ordered.  The Item No. refers to our SKU that is attributed to that particular product.  Qty signifies the amount of items in your particular order.  In this case, one was chosen.  The Price refers to the value of the product and the Total signifies the amount owing before shipping costs.  In this case, $42.50 USD.

The Top Size ordered here is a 2X.  Bottom Size shows the word Select.  Since Select is our default on many of the ordering variations, it will show up in place of an actual size but has no value when it comes to the check out process.  The Top Color is Matte Black and for the Bottom Color it states Select, again, our default.  Under the Separates, it shows the product ordered is a Bikini Top.  Therefore In short, this order reveals the Sun and Sand Slider Bikini Top sized 2X in the amount of $42.50 USD before shipping costs.

Once you have reviewed your Cart, you can either proceed to Check Out or Continue Shopping.  If you choose to Continue Shopping, you will be directed back to the last page you viewed which is where you placed items in your Cart from.  Site navigation can then be resumed by selecting a category, going to the Products tab, the Site Map or by simply clicking the back or return button at the top of your browser bar.

2.  The Check Out Process

The following is an example of the check out process.  At the top, it reviews what is in your chart which should read exactly as it did when placing the items in the Cart.  The second part of this process is filling out your name and location that your purchases will be delivered to.  All areas signified with an asterisk(*) are required fields.  The third and final step on this page is to determine which shipping method you choose to use.  Rates are discussed under the Shipping tab in the navigation bar.  Once all information has been accurately filled, click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page which will direct you to payment method options. 

Once you have filled in your shipping location information you will be directed to this page.  If your item is billed and shipped to the same location, simply check the Same as Ship To box and skip to the bottom portion of the page.  Otherwise, you will have to fill in the appropriate fields and those indicated with an asterisk (*) are required.  Finally, you will be required to fill in your payment choice and particulars.  We are a certified secure site and all information submitted here is protected.

4.  Order Varification 

The following is an example of the order varification page.  Again, it reveals what you entered into your Cart.  Under the Total at the bottom of the first section, it should include your shipping rate.   Directly under that, the information you have entered under Bill To and Ship To will be reflected along with your payment option and shipping method chosen.

Please review this page carefully to ensure that the information you have submitted is accurate.  If you need to make changes, click the Previous button at the bottom of the page so that you can make the appropriate corrections.

Once you have varified your order and reviewed that all the information is correct, click the Submit button which will finalize your order.  You will receive a confirmation email as part of the varification process.

5.  Error during Check Out

If you have received an error during check out, the most common reasons are:

• your bank refused the payment
• your credit card balance has insufficient funds
• you are not authorized to make online purchases
• you have exceeded your daily spending limit

In the event that any of these situations are true, you may see a 15005 error code that states PayPal Pro Processing Error.  You will need to contact your financial institution or credit card company in order to resolve the issue.
